Don’t Discard your Bacon Grease

One Day I was Preparing to Smoke a ChuckRoast and I thought that if I added some of my Favorite Rub to Some Bacon Grease and injected the Chuck Roast with it that it would be very Jucy and Flavorful boy was I right since then I’ve always used my bacon grease as an injection !Do Not Throw away your Bacon Grea
